    I know this business since It was open and I have been a client for a while. The 2 stars I give to this business is based not only in my personal experience but in others bad experience who haven’t given their reviews because they do not know they can’t do this Online or because they are too busy to bother. My personal experience was with this Asian woman who is highly brutal when they do your nails. She is angry all the time and is very rude and verbally abusive with clients if you say something like for instance, “you are hurting me”. Then she would look at you with hatre and tell you in such anger that is not her fault, and woudn’t stop yealling. I asked that woman to treat me with respect and then she really got in rage and adked me to leave the place. That woman is really mean, rude and I think she is crazy according to her over reaction. I also have seeing women going there to tell them that they got an infection, that her nails were broken, that they need her miney back, etc. I saw a woman in pain when one of the guys were giving her a massage in her hand; another was in pain when she was having her fake nails done. A couple of the guys are nice and do a beautiful job but if you go to this place, do not expect good customer service, fine products since they use the cheapest ones and your skin and nauls sre going to suffer. You pay for a cheap job in this place for sure, and deal with a crazy woman who has pleasure making you feel pain.
