Horrible experience. We took the wifes 2012 Isuzu 1 ton cube van to get tires we ordered at Leckie Kal Tire. An hour later they called and said they don't have the tools to do it. We then took it to Kal Tire on the Hwy in Kelowna. They had the truck almost the whole day when my wife called to see if it was done. At this time she was told there was damge done by the previous shop and don't know if the truck will be ready by the end of the day. We immediately went to Kal Tire wanting explanation as to what is damaged and who is paying for it as we just brang the truck in for tires and have a quote for that. I was assured that we would not be paying any extra. The truck was not finished by the end of the day. This was Saturday May 9, 2020. Today Monday at 11 am we picked up the truck.
