A terrible experience having my 5'x8' rug cleaned. (You are not showing their current business address. They have moved to: 3-3308 Appaloosa Road, Kelowna, B.C. V1V 2W3). I called first, then delivered my rug to them and left it to be cleaned. I bought the rug new (mostly made of wool). It was not dirty where the rug was placed under the sofa and under the coffee table, only in-between where people put their feet, over time. He said it would be ready in 10 days. 10 days later I called him. He said it would be ready in 4 more days. In 4 more days I called him. It was not ready for 17 days. I called him. He never called me once. When I arrived the carpet was tied up and ready to go. I paid him $3.00 per square foot for the cleaning, so a total of about $140.00 with the tax. I rolled out the carpet onto my tile floor when I got home. A puff of dust whooshed out from under the carpet. The carpet was torn for about 3" on one of the edges. There was also tufts of carpet missing making the appearance of a small hole in the carpet. It was not like this when I took the carpet in to him to be cleaned. We flipped the carpet half-way over while in place and vacuumed the sand off of our tile floor that had fallen out of the carpet. There was no sand in the carpet when I dropped it off for cleaning. Then we decided that the only way to get all of the sand out was to take it out on our balcony and shake the carpet out as best we could. I did that. What a mess of the balcony that made. Sand everywhere! I have lots of photos to show you if you wish! This rug cleaning was a terrible experience. I should have put the $140.00 towards the price of a new rug instead. Very disappointed!!!
