Classy Cat Cuts

This Ignorant Lady Deserves everything she gets. I call her there has been some sort of accident I will be late and by the way Karen I was being Polite to call you and to nbot treat you like a POS but you felt the need to biratr me the whole appointment time for others pissing you off. Your discusting and you should be working on anyones cat let allone mine. This experiance was the worst think I have ever been thru. You said Ill quote your words while your gerking the cat around and making her scared. Animals are ok but humans are to much ,Well Karen we could NOT! Agree more. Don't waste your gas or time and now she is booked in with someone else to straighten out the worst cut I have ever seen on a Animal. This lady has serious anger issues and for whatever reason took it out on me . I am 52 and have never been talked to in such a manner. Try to change your karen attitude and learn to cut hair and shame on you for charging me to put up with you for 1/2 hour of Hell!! I gave you a one rating because it wouldn't let me give you a -0. I never give reviews but after today You have single handedly change that . If I was a woman lol ya there is my review! Fu Karen!

I adopted a 6-year old long-haired ragdoll cat named Pinot a few weeks back and she was fairly matted. I tried removing them myself but was unable. I decided to google search for a cat groomer and was guided to Classy Cat Cuts. I booked an appointment & was happy to meet Kim the owner. I was surprised that Pinot because very aggressive, and I started to doubt that Kim would proceed with the cut. Kim's professionalism quickly became apparent to me, and for 35 mins I watched her perform her magic and now Pinot as a beautiful lion cut. Pinot also because much more loveable after the cut. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. You have a customer for life. Much gratitude & thanks from Sheila & Pinot.

I adopted a 6 year old long-haired ragdoll cat a few weeks ago named Pinot. Though her coat was absolutely beautiful, she had a lot of matted fur and I was unable to remove it. Being new to the Kelowna area, I did a google search to find a cat groomer. I was guided to Classy Cat Cuts. I booked an appointment and took Pinot to get groomed. It was very nice to meet Kim the owner & groomer. To my surprise, Pinot became very agressive and my immediate concern was that Kim wasn't going to proceed any further. But Kim's professionalism became apparent very quickly. She had to muzzle Pinot, thank God she did because I was concerned for both her safety & my own!!! ..I stood in awe watching Kim perform her magic. About 35 minutes later Pinot had a beautiful lion cut. It is the best thing I did for my cat, Pinot is a much happier & loveable cat after getting her matted fur removed. I am so so thankful to Kim. You are a true blessing from God. Very happy owner & pussy cat. You have a repeat customer here. Thank you so so much.
