Samsung sent two repair guys from here to my house. Very rude. They were pissed off that I didn't have my tv off the wall ready to go I think, even though Samsung assured me that is their job to take it down. The one guy says, 'so you gonna help?' when there are already two of them there. I looked at him and said aren't you guys the repairmen? He yelled back, 'Excuse ME?!' They spent the next ten minutes arguing with me on how they have no idea how the TV comes down from the wall. I explained it's a simple hook (like most mounts-these guys are supposed to know their products?) but it wasn't good enough. I left the room to call Samsung and the one guy said to the other, 'You see any damage? No? OK lets go.' and they left. I am escalating this through Samsung and will never allow this company under my roof again.
2 guys fropm this busioness were sent to my house to repair my tv. Very unprofessional and rude. Started arguing with me because they wanted me to help them lift the 200 lb tv off the wall and help them put it on my bed. Asked me 'so you helpin'? 3500 dollar 75 inch tv. I said they were the repairmen and the one guy yelled out 'excuse me?!' Samsung surprised to hear about the poor service.
