About: Professional Counsellor for Children, Youth and Adults. Annette Adkin has over 25 years experience. She is an empathic, knowledgeable and is an effective counsellor who has guided countless clients through difficult changes. Annette empowers others to achieve goals, overcome obstacles and find their true purpose and fulfillment in their lives. Annette also works with organizations as a skilled facilitator and keynote speaker. Currently she also has a part-time contract with a Youth and Family Service called ARC Programs.You may be feeling overwhelmed, hopeless, angry, anxious, depressed or confused. Sometimes we find ourselves lost and unhappy. It can be a struggle to maintain authenticity, access our abilities and remember our strengths. During these times we need to be supported, encouraged and challenged to either get back to our true selves or to start to create a new, more rewarding life journey that activates all of who we were meant to be.
